1. Services & Disclaimers

Services are strictly for adults (18+) only. All bookings are for time and companionship only — any additional arrangements or activities are private, consensual matters between adults. No illegal activities of any kind are permitted. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

2. Bookings & Payments

• 24-hour cancellation notice required for full refund. Less than 5 hours: 50% fee retained. No-show or late cancellation: full charge applies.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Beem It, Apple Pay (or as agreed). No refunds or chargebacks after the session has commenced.
• Accurate age and health disclosure is required prior to booking confirmation.

3. Site Use

Content on this site may not be scraped, copied, reproduced, or repurposed without explicit permission. Users must comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any violation of these terms or suspected misuse.

4. Liability

All services are engaged at your own risk. We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the services or website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (New South Wales). Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
